Your Central Texas Hill Country hog hunt will consist of spot (tripod and blind) hunting.

These hogs range from wild, domestic and feral backgrounds.  They range in size from newborn to monster 300+ pounds!

The ranch is presently running 5 feeders (corn and protein) year round.  Each feeder is placed in excellent spots for deer and hog hunting.  Tripods are positioned near each feeder for maximum effect. 

4 Tripods are strategically located no more than 10 yards from the feeders.

                              (Guests may bring addtional tripods)

          The hogs will literally be all around you! 

                     Truly a hair raising experience!

5 Blinds are located in the middle of the action as well.  These blinds are excellent for family members to observe the action as it is taking place.  Our largest blind will hold up to 3 people.

Your hunting experience will be located in our historic native countryside - large, old oak trees, swaying mesquite trees, granite hillsides and fantastic mountainviews

 

Bobcat, Coyote, Racoon, Fox, Armadillo, Rabbit and Possum can be seen as well.

There are no guarantees.  The guides are very experienced and will place you in excellent spots.

The following can affect your hunt:

Weather  --  Weather can be a factor. 

Breeding cycles -- Can be hard to determine.

Hunter skills -- This is important, however, a little LUCK will help.

Hunter equipment:  Hunters are responsible for having the necessary equipment for a successful experience.  Red lights mounted on bows is a advantage..!

Hog hunting can be extremely dangerous! 

All hunters and visitors will be required to sign release forms upon arrival.

Forms can be sent to you prior to your hunt.
